Founder of the firm Schuyler S. Scott W. Mahlman was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2010. He is admitted to the US District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. Mr. Mahlman is an attorney focusing his practice on bankruptcy, civil litigation, creditor's rights, and commercial transactions. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of South Florida and his Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law.

Mr. Singletary is also a current professor of Business Law and Legal Assisting at Florida State College at Jacksonville.

Mr. Bernard has conducted or been substantially involved in over 15,000 residential and commercial real property transactions over more than 30 years. We draft and/or review contracts, order and review title insurance and surveys, prepare all documents necessary for effective real property title transfers and the creation of mortgages, and personally conduct (in or out of the office) smooth and understandable real estate closings. We handle cash and loan transactions, short sales, refinances, bond, and REO closings, represent a number of real estate investors and hold escrow deposits if desired.
Mr. Bernard earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctorate from Mercer University being admitted to the Florida Bar in 1978 and to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida in 1980.
